We will expect from you to: - Lead and grow our IT team by:
- Actively monitoring and supporting other team members development;
- Advising on the technical direction and implementing new technologies;
- Involving in the recruitment process for new members and in their further development;
- Act as a strategic planner of the IT Department, creating the company information and communications technology roadmap with direct manager.
- Participate in meetings with company stakeholders / business partners of the company when presenting and/or discussing opportunities for ICT solutions improvements or development.
- Be in charge of proposing new infrastructure design and/or improve the existing
- Research technical equipment and software solutions and handle the whole process of procuring with the vendors
- Work closely with and support a range of 3rd party organizations including auditors, hosting providers, data centers, dev ops and platform providers.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management and peers to enable departments to achieve their goals, support tech needs and meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, procedures, and business continuity actions.
- Maintain best practice and focus on delivering high standards across all functions in the department.
- Supervise the monitoring of the internal company inquiries resolutions and leverage priorities.
- Be motivated team player and reliable point of contact.
It would be great if you: - Bring along 4+ years of work experience in Information Technologies field.
- Have previous experience in development and participation in the implementation of applications, interfaces, software modules and components of financial information systems.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate them effectively with other team members.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.
- And last but not least, you are a self-driven and motivated person, who is ready to lead others in achieving the best results possible
