For one of our clients – a multinational giant providing professional services in the field of
informational technology. We are looking for motivated, organized and friendly individuals for
the role of Guarantee Expert with Italian, French, German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering support to customers with guarantee issues;
* Reaching details around the guarantee, asking for relevant information from various parties
involved and making the final decision regarding coverage and insurance.
* Keeping the smooth flow of information between all parties involved and ensuring that everybody is up-to-date in a timely manner;
* Handling and solving the issues according to company procedures guidelines;
* Collecting and storing data in accordance to internal company regulations;
* Demonstrating professionalism and striving towards providing the best customer experience;
* Maintaining collaborative and positive work atmosphere by seeking and offering guidance when needed.

Requirements:
* Excellent command of French, German or Italian and English language (Level C1);
* Great communication skills, both spoken and written;
* Solid PC user skillset and MS office know-how;
* Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
* Available and willing to work on day shifts;
* Able to organize and prioritize tasks and work independently;
* Team-player attitude and willingness to seek and offer help when needed.
