Greek Customer Support Agent - Call Center

Immediate opportunity for Greek speaking Customer Service employees to join a young and talented team of professionals. Orbica Ltd. is a fast growing company with main activities On-line advertising and developing of on-line stores in more than 15 European countries.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with active listening, with accuracy and clarity in Greek, both in verbal and writing;
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role (in any sector);
- A desire to provide the very best customer service experience whilst always looking to learn new skills;
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail;
- Able to work well under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations;
- Ability to work as part of a team and be a committed team player;
- Previous experience of Microsoft and Excel software is a must
- High understanding of e-commerce and marketing;
- Working level of English required – for business emails
- Relevant University Degree.
What Would be Your Daily Tasks:
- Assisting customers via phone, e-mail and chat client;
- Daily confirmation of orders and verification of addresses and other customer information;
- Offering other products, making upsells;
- Communication and promoting products/ brands, creating positive attitude while speaking with clients that have made their orders;
- Answer questions and explain details and descriptions about products & orders;
- Working on your own and as part of a customer support team.
