Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will join Resolute’s Real Estate Strategy Team in Sofia which covers quicker recovery strategies, lender recovery optimization and creating and managing real estate non-performing loan recovery frameworks for banks, financial institutions and Institutional Investors.

The role interacts closely with Resolute’s Asset Managers, Real Estate Strategy team, Legal and Finance functions. The position is ideal for candidates looking to work with a fast growing and dynamic advisory and asset management company with a focus on distressed real estate investments and portfolios across Europe.

In particular, the selected candidate will focus on the following key areas:

• Real estate assets portfolio underwriting


• Preparing multi-annual recovery business plans for banks and other Financial Institutions and real estate owners


• Preparing presentations for senior level team and partners


• Create a range of strategic financial models for management/monetization of portfolios


• Report preparation for Resolute management and clients


• Assisting on other company projects as required

Graduate Scheme
In addition to playing a key role in the Sofia office you will join the 2022 intake of Graduate Analysts across the firm on the graduate scheme training year. This will involve an intensive induction training followed by ongoing training and work with a graduate mentor. The aim is to give you the best start to a bright future with us at Resolute.

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

• BA/BSc degree finance, accounting or engineering discipline with a strong record of academic achievement


• any experience in advisory and/or consulting in the investment banking, real estate finance (preferable but not mandatory), Big 4 accountancy, private equity and/or management consulting industries would be an advantage


• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• High attention to detail


• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills


• Strong team working skills and ability to work and adapt to different European regions and culture


• Proven ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively


• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; additional one or two European languages is preferred
