Responsibilities:
- Staff management - supervise, lead, orient, guide and support a staff all around the world
- Hiring and recruitment - responsible for leading a complex, high volume internal recruitment function that supports the hiring all around the world
- Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Training, motivation, employee retention and career development
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Relevant university degree
- 7+ year experience on similar position;
- Punctuality, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
