For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience management – we are looking for a Gaming Gear Support Agent with German, Russian,Dutch, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian and English. The employee will answer inquiries from users regarding gear from one of the most recognizable gaming product brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner;
- Assist users with basic configuration and optimization of the devices’ settings;
- Follow up with users and improve the overall customer experience;
- Demonstrate sufficient product knowledge and analytical thinking;
- Document cases according to the established standards of the company.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German, Russian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian;
- Business level of English;
- Good PC literacy;
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and explain complex
information in a simplified manner;
- Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to listen and help;
- Proactive attitude and general interest in gaming gear and esports.
