As a Game Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing potential game integrity issues and helping to mitigate any negative effects that it might have on the poker networks.
The role in a nutshell:
You will be reviewing customer account activity, for example: poker game play, suspicious activities and behavioral patterns, all with the aim of helping to build cases that result in removing any players who are a threat to the integrity of the games on the Entain poker networks.
As a Game Integrity Analyst with Italian, your main focus will be the Italian market.
You are responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience specific to Game Integrity queries whilst following the internal protocols and procedures.
Working hours: Mid/late morning schedule ( 07:30- 16:30 /10:00-19:00)
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse customer gameplay to identify potential chip dumping, bonus abuse, usage of prohibited third-party/BOT software, collusion and other possible violations which would harm the game integrity of the poker networks
- Highlight irregularities and anomalies in normal playing patterns using our bespoke, in-house tools and rules engines to highlight potentially suspicious activity.
- Parse the daily gaming transactions that occur on the platform and evaluate them based on their individuality, past transactions, historical transactions, account attributes, player profiles and behaviour
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication
- Handling queries and providing support to other internal Entain teams
- Looking for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business
- Handling all assigned tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements
- Being the focal point between the Game Integrity team and other teams working on the Italian market
- Take appropriate measures on customer accounts according to internal process requirements and compliance procedures
- Investigate the legitimacy of the players registered on our poker networks using OSINT checks.
- Highlight irregularities and anomalies in normal playing patterns using our bespoke, in-house tools and rules engines to highlight potentially suspicious activity.
What we need from you:
Essential:
- Great communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of Poker would be valued
Desired:
- An understanding of different Poker analysis tools and online poker communities
- Sound and demonstrable experience conducting analysis and investigations
- Ability to work from home and from the office on hybrid model
- Availablity to work on mid/late morning schedule ( 07:30/10-19)
