Your responsibilities:

Work closely with the product design team to create frontend code for the automotive connected services domain;

Transform detailed mockups from the product design team into CSS-based, static, and dynamic HTML pages;

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks;

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle;

Responsible for the correct technical implementation of the projects, following the best practices;

Improve existing software;

Provide technical support in the execution of the visual design stages from concept, passing to the handover to software; engineering, and integrating the front-end code with current Web/mobile solutions;

Build Web portals using the backend REST APIS.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field;

5+ years of experience as Frontend Engineer;

Experience in front-end web development, including javascript, TypeScript, NodeJS, web-standards, and modern frameworks (React.js/Redux, Angular or Vue.js);

Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and Pre-Processors (SASS or LESS), based on a responsive design;

Good understanding of HTTP protocol, the DOM, and browser APIs;

Experience with React performance testing and performance optimization (React profiler, server-side rendering, code splitting/lazy loading);

Experienced with testing and debugging web apps and Node services;

Experience with version control systems such as Git or VSTS and Git Flow branching model;

Understanding of accessibility and security compliance;

Good understanding of user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
