FINANCIAL COORDINATOR WITH ITALIAN OR SPANISH

Here in Varna, Bulgaria, we are starting a new project in the short-term rental sector and we invite you to join the club in the role of financial coordinator. This position is oriented to financial and reporting activities in cooperation with our business units in Italy and Spain. Your knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, applicable in Italy or Spain, is a serious advantage.


What we would expect from you


  • Ensure timely execution and control of monthly/annual accounting closure and financial reports for Italy or Spain

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Supervise the payment journal

  • Support the Corporate Accountant and Admin Manager in Cash forecast and relations with local banks

  • Deliver KPI report

  • Support Italian/Spanish Accounting and Administration manager



What skills and competencies would help you achieve results


  • Relevant work experience in finance

  • Deep knowledge of IFRS, Italian/Spanish accounting principles is a plus

  • Fluency in English and Italian/Spanish

  • IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP: preferably Microsoft AX)

  • Ability to multitask, organised and detail-oriented

The employment contract will be with the Bulgarian company LRC Bulgaria Ltd, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO. Working time is 10 am to 7 pm.
