YOUR PROFILE
• You are passionate about sports.
• You are responsible, dynamic and you like working in a team.
• You have a strong sense of customer service and good analytical skills.
• You have a previous experience in finance and you want to climb the corporate ladder in Decathlon like a climber on its way to Cherni Vrah
• You speak English fluently
• Ideally you have had a personal or professional experience abroad and you are excited to live another one in the future with Decathlon.
YOUR MISSION
• You supply and guarantee a reliable accounting database in compliance with tax and accounting rules for Decathlon stores and our other activities (online, BtoB…).
• Thanks to this reliable database and your financial skills, you assist the store leaders to make the best decisions. For this, you train them and help them to have a reliable forecast, build their budget and analyze the return on investment of their projects.
• You share a common job with four other (amazing) Financial Controllers: Aleksandra, Elena, Nikolay and Nikolay. But you also have specific country missions of your own (for eg: internal audit, budget, margin reconciliation, trainer, robotization of tasks…) to help our Finance department to continuously improve.
YOUR DEVELOPMENT & CAREER PATH
You are supported by your manager through an annual development plan, monthly meetings and you participate in frequent training . This allows you to evolve in your profession and build your professional project.
