The company is now looking to employ a motivated and experienced professional for the position of:
Financial Analyst
(located in Sevlievo, part of the Shared Service Centre servicing all companies in IS Group in Europe)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze and support budget management for the units in scope, prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packages;
• Analyze trends and prepare finance and economic models, and forecasts for the units in scope;
• Prepare and analyze key customer dashboards
• Prepare financial plans and data for the Annual Operative Plan (AOP);
• Prepare and analyze management reports related to sales and margin, operating and marketing expenses;
• Take part in company projects;
• Ensure compliance of the documents to the legal regulations and company internal rules;
• Suggest process improvements and optimization of the processes;
• Keep confidentiality and high safety standards.
Requirements:
• University degree, major in Finance or Accounting;
• Min. 3 years of experience in financial analysis; forecasts; audits or financial controlling;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficiency in Ms Excel and other BI tools
• Experience with Cognos (TM1) would be considered a great advantage;
• High level of computer literacy; competency in SAP or other ERP, system is a plus;
• Integrity and very good communication and presentation skills.
