Finance Controller

Currently for one of our trusted partners – international company, we are seeking a qualified candidate for a position:


Finance Controller


Main Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of annual budget and long-term forecasts for the main company and its subsidiaries;

  • Preparation of monthly management reporting packages (consolidated and individual) and analyzing of deviations from the budget;

  • Preparation of regular financial reports to the senior management;

  • Managing the cost-approval processes;

  • Cash management;

  • Participating in new projects and business initiatives, analyzing and preparing the financial and budget framework;

  • Collaboration with accounting team and external accounting companies; business and other departments.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance;

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, including FP&A and Controlling;

  • Proven experience of business partnership and ability to work with other functions (sales, marketing, programming, etc.);

  • Communication skills and ability to present and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;

  • Strong experience in developing and reporting business performance metrics;

  • Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, and able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment;

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, be effective and decisive under pressure;

  • Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environment;

  •  Strong technical skills is a must - very good Excel knowledge and experience.
