Facility & Procurement Assistant



Key responsibilities:


  • Responsible for carrying out market research, offers comparison and proposal to Management for the necessary goods/ services, in compliance with the procurement and financial security requirements.

  • Responsible for contracts management within administration/ maintenance perimeter and maintenance of professional regular contact with the suppliers.

  • Perform control on business trips arrangement and reporting, as well as completion of the documentation concerned.

  • Organize and ensure proper fulfilment of assets inventory as per internal procedures.

  • Register and process the incoming and outgoing Bank correspondence. Distribute mail and daily press to the appropriate recipients. Classify and direct regular Bank documents to customers (account statements, advices, etc.).

  • Monitor and analyse expenses as well as contribute to the preparation of the Expenses/ Investment budget under Administration Department perimeter. 

  • Supervise the provision of facility management and maintenance services and ensure proper fulfilment providers’ duties. 

  • Ensure implementation and observing of internal rules related to safety and security of staff and building. 

  • Invoice handling.



Knowledge/Experience:


  • University degree (preferably Economics/ Business administration related studies);

  • Procurement and/or facility management related experience, ideally 1-2 years, acquired in corporate professional environment;

  • Ability to handle multitask assignments and prioritize;

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills; 

  • Excellent command of English, Bulgarian and MS Office.
