Export Sales Specialist

Established in 1995, Nelas Auto Parts is the leading importer and distributor of spare parts and lubricants for commercial vehicles in Bulgaria. The company works with more than 80 Western European suppliers who are leading manufacturers of OEM auto parts.

The company has built a network of ten own commercial facilities – warehouses and shops, in nine cities in Bulgaria.

Due to the successful expansion of the company activities, we are looking for a motivated candidate for the position:

Export Sales Specialist

Work location - Sofia, St. Kliment Ohridski Blvd. No. 144


Expected Skills and Abilities:

• Working Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Advanced Level of English Language


• Experience with ERP system/s


• Analytical thinking


• Time management & communication skills (written and oral);

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of offers based on client requests, their previous purchasing activity and current actions and deals proposed by Nelas Auto Parts purchasing team


• Orders tracking and optimal shipment preparations of client orders


• Preparation of international transport for clients


• Preparation of documents related to export activities


• Build and grow relationships with all clients
