Export Sales Customer Support Expert
The Customer Support Expert assists the respective Regional - and area Sales Managers with administrative, organizational, logistical, analytical and practical back-office matters associated with the management of the export and duty free business.
This position entails a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to the definition of product range to be offered, route to market considerations, pricing issues, customer contacts, product supply, but also a wide range of administrative and back-office tasks to support the business.
If you:
• Communicate fluently (written and oral) in business English language;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication and conflict mediation skills;
• Have excellent command in Excel, Power Point, Access etc.;
• Demonstrate perfect analytic skills;
• Identify issues effectively, research and collect information to facilitate the solution;
• Are able to manage different projects at one and the same time;
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Handle order processing and assist in the production planning;
• Administer shipments and logistics;
• Monitor customer accounts;
• Co-ordinates and manages customer contacts for all logistics matters;
• Provide data and reports to help the sales team;
• Prepares reports to help the international sales team and follows deadlines accordingly;
• Maintains records about each client;
• Prepares and sends pro forma invoices to partners abroad and follows up due payments and expected revenues for the company;
