Currently for one of our trusted clients, we are seeking a candidate for a position:



Employee Relations Specialist


Obligations:


  • To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits;

  • To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams; 

  • To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process;

  • To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems;

  • To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement and satisfaction; 

  • To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree of any university;

  • Excellent verbal & written English Language skills; 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner; 

  • Having Excellent level of MS Office and reporting skills; 

  • Labor Law knowledge is a plus; 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization; 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment.
