College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.
The Employee Experience Specialist implements and measures sustained Global Remote Services VP and WW employee communications strategies and plans to advance the company’s corporate image, drive employee alignment and engagement, and
promote executive visibility. Ensure communications align with company’s brand identity and messaging framework.
How you will make your mark:
- Develop Employee programs, driving improvement to their work experience.
- Lead communication and planning on key GRS programs, Voice of the Workforce.
- Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (i.e., senior leaders, HR, first-level managers, all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes.
- Serve as a communications consultant and strategist for multiple business areas.
- Support key internal events.
- Support GRS VP employee/communications requirements - presentations, write and edit email, web content, blog posts, etc.; social media efforts..etc.
- Work cross-functionally across HPE Pointnext Technology Services and HPE teams to ensure alignment.
About you:
- Desirable - BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Some experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver on time.
- Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication skills.
- Solid writing and editing capabilities
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong visual and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms used by HPE
- Organization and program management.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of employee communications methods
- Fluent in English.
