We are looking for results driven and passionate to build expertise in the field professional to join our Nestlé Demand and Supply planning team. Your main mission as a Demand Planner is to develop, maintain and improve a demand plan and analyze requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and changing circumstances.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF DEMAND PLANNER:
- Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers.
- Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes. Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
- Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan.
- Manage Portfolio Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation. Ensure that demand is appropriately forecasted and maintained in all circumstances.
- Generate and Maintain statistical forecast.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- University degree in the field of Logistic or relevant needed;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel);
- Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills;
- Unbiased and objective in making decisions;
- Innovative and persistent in accomplishing tasks;
- Self-driven and proactive person, willing to develop in the field of Supply planning.
