Customer Support with English

We are looking for:
- Listen and respond to customers queries by phone and e-mail
- Someone with computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel)
- Someone who is fluent in English
- Someone who is organized, responsible, and can work as a team
- Someone who is prompt in data input
Position characteristics:
- Taking incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Classifying and processing of documents
- Preparation of transport data
- Creating inquiry, requisition, charts
- Conducting office reports (archive of documents etc.)
