Our client is a global online Casino company, panning to open a new office in Sofia.
About the role:
We are looking for a diligent, customer-centric support agent to join their customer service team. You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that their players face within the game or platform
Responsibilities:
• Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
• Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
• Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits.
• The Account Manager's responsibilities will be to increase players KPIs by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players:
Monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis.
• Build and manage personal relationships with our top VIP players.
• Support, engage & retain our players.
• Use exclusive content, promotions & activities for our players – in order to generate value for our players and expand their engagement within our games.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive players activity growth.
• Understand the product, features, monetization & economy of the game.
Requirements:
• Native level of English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work weekends and nights from home
• Availability to work on shifts, at least 4 shifts per week
• Independent and self-learner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive & can-do attitude
• Deep understanding/interest in games/online marketing field - an advantage
• Previous experience within a CS/AM role - an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High-level understanding/interest in social gaming/online marketing field
• 1+ years of experience in customer success – an advantage
