Our current client is one of the leading international business process outsourcing companies on the local market. The company expands their Sofia office with a new online betting start-up project, providing both sports and casino services in all verticals. Driven by the vision to create unique and engaging betting experience, their main goal is to develop the brand and take it among the leaders in sports and casino betting by discovering new opportunities on specific markets. As a start-up, employees are given the opportunity to drive and push their own ideas and vision in compliance with the Strategic goals of Co-Founders. 


On their behalf, we are actively looking for a Customer Support Specialists with Spanish, French or French.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Handle general customer issues – accounts, forgotten passwords etc;

  • Deal with frequently asked questions and resolve customer issues/complaints;

  • Good issues understanding, dispatching according to the correct escalation paths for cases that exceed the required service level;

  • Acceptance, collection, categorization and prioritization of notifications for the agreed services in the ticketing tool;

  • Checking if the issue is solved and close the ticket for information of the user including documentation;

  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for End Client users and other Service;

  • Provider or End Client related resolution groups;

  • Logging of all contact activity (e-mail, web and telephone), dispatching when appropriate and tracking activity;

  • Ticket management of the queries from opening to closure;

  • Record and resolve all queries within agreed fix times by identifying an immediate solution from personal knowledge or using a knowledge base (e.g. scripts, SOPs, etc.) of known incidents; Or offering a workaround in the event that an immediate resolution is unavailable, by following approved and recommended solution guidelines provided by Service Provider;

  • Telephone handshaking (telephone follow-up) for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents on top of the ticket dispatching to second level support groups.


 

Requirements:


  • The perfect candidate will have the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Excellent command of Spanish, French or Italian

  • Very good English;

  • Customer-focused attitude;

  • You should be highly-organized with great attention to detail and able to evaluate and prioritize customer demands;

  • Interest in the gaming and betting industry will be a plus for the Spanish position;

  • Previous experience on a similar position is a big plus.
