The position is planned as part of the team of our Sofia branch. The branch is established in Bulgaria with the objective to support operations of a major Online Travel Agency with headquarters in the EU.
Your daily tasks will include:
● Provide omni-channel informational support to air travelers ;
● Resolve Customers’ issues and problems during their air travel;
● Implement outbound contacts to the customers in line with established business processes ;
● Regular and ad hoc reporting in line with the Company’s standards.
This would be the perfect role for you, if you:
- Have good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Drive);
- Have very good language skills in French language (C1 and above*), English – B1;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have previous experience in a travel agency, airline reservations or similar role. This will be considered as an advantage, as well as any customer service related experience;
- Are recently graduated or at your last years of university education. The role will give you a chance to gain valuable knowledge and experience.

* You will sit a basic online language test
