Customer Support Specialist with English

We are looking for customer support specialists to work for our client – an international company providing background checks and employment screenings, through innovative, web-based technology.

YOUR ROLE:

• Help users and clients use the platform (email, chat, and phone communication).


• Provide support with the online form, status of the application, registration to the system.


• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.


• Follow guidelines and policies; execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fluent in English.


• Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.


• Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Very good customer orientation.
