Living in a metropolitan city could be challenging, and people occasionally require a break from the crowds. Have you ever thought about going to a place with no service, no telecommunications, where the only sound is the birds singing? A place where you can chill and cut off the outside world completely.
Here is where Unplugged enter the picture. Their mission is to give people true-time offline from their digitally dependent lives by offering beautiful off-grid cabins close to city life, enabling busy people to actually switch off for a 3-day digital detox.

What we're looking for:
We're on the hunt for team member #6 - someone that loves helping our potential customers and cabin guests with any of their questions before, during or after their stay across our different channels.
You’ll also be working with the operations team to make sure our cabins are always guests ready as we grow from 10 cabins to 20+ this year and many more cabins and cities beyond 2022.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support
- Responding to enquiries on our live chat, emails & social media
- Resolving booking changes and requests
- Helping with questions guests might have during their stay at the cabin
- Operations Support
- Responding to cleaner support enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing our cleaning teams with guest booking updates when required
- Reviewing, collating and sharing guest feedback with relevant teams
- Organising the return of lost property from cleaners to guests
- Placing online orders with suppliers for urgent stock and replacement items
Requirements:
- You're a natural at building rapport with people
- You're exceptionally well organised
- You're not phased by last minute changes or a bit of fire-fighting
- You have an entrepreneurial, problem solving mindset
- You enjoy the fast-paced nature of start-up life and the challenges it can throw at you
