Travel Agent (Customer services)
Traventuria Ltd. specializes in offering tailor-made solutions and aims to deliver value for money products by combining professional approach with in-depth local knowledge and flexibility. The main travel operations include fully catered culture and active tours in Bulgaria (incl. walking holidays, ski & snowboard packages, one- and multi-day cultural/history tours, MICE, airport transfers.
We are looking to hire a Customer Support/Travel Agent, dealing with the wide array of services, run by the company.
The main responsibilities would include:
- communication with clients by email, chat and phone
- creating tailored travel packages on request
- communication with existing partner companies
- hotel reservations
- ability to work on weekends and holidays
etc.
The following will be considered as advantage:
- active driver
- previous experience on the same position (please provide reference)
- recommendation from previous employer
- previous experience in guiding foreign tourists in Bulgaria
- experience in organizing adventure tours
