We handle various supporting processes of contracting companies such as Acquisition, Fraud & Security, IT Consultancy, and 24/7 Customer support. We help companies reduce customer effort and continuously optimize business processes and outcomes to deliver fantastic customer experiences!

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to be part of our young and energetic Day Shift team and be the next agent warrior in our continuous improvement of the workforce ;) 
 

In this role you will:


  • Вe the first point of contact for our clients;

  • Offer the best customer service via email and live chat;

  • Take ownership of issues and proactively solve them;

  • Help our customers with a wide range of queries;


This role is right for you if you:


  • Have excellent communication skills in English - both verbally and written;

  • Have previous customer service experience;

  • Are a positive, friendly person with an eagerness to learn and develop;

  • Are a result-oriented person;

  • Have forward-thinking skills;

  • Have good computer literacy and fast typing skills;

  • Express curiosity and proactivity in all the things you do;
