Customer Success Manager with Turkish and English

Tek Experts provides business and IT outsourcing services, and we take intense pride in helping companies handle their business operations. We're now hiring a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with the various customer accounts and success programs across the client base, working directly with the enterprise customers to support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, sales/renewals, optimization, and expansion. Starting from the customer point of view, you will ensure all efforts across Business Units, Support Delivery, Support Sales and Field resources are coordinated and exponentially improve the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned accounts to bring customer issues to resolution
• Maintain and update Client Database
• Coordinate customer's issues and requests and follow up on a daily basis with technical or sales teams regarding the current situation of the client
• Coordinate Pro-Advocacy activities, including own training and presentation opportunities
• Adhere to CAM processes to cover baseline functionality
• Ensure customer success, drive conversion, boost renewals and develop strategic insights that improve our product value

Competences:

• Up to 1-year of experience in a customer-relationships position or similar
• Fluency in Turkish and English both written and verbal
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
• Strong customer focus
• Strong team player
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a cross-functional team setting
• Working knowledge of MS Office
