Customer Service Specialist

SP AUDIT ltd is a licensed intermediary for Bulgaria and abroad.
For our customer – growing manufacturing company in the area of Plovdiv, we are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven addition to the team:
Customer Service Specialist
Main Tasks:
• Transfers customer needs into service developments and innovation
• Stays in daily contact with customers about orders, call-offs, shipments, warehousing, payments and any other service via e-mail, phone or fax in alignment with account team
• Processes customer inquiries, customer quotes, order confirmations and invoices
• Coordinates and checks customer order and aligns with production (pre-)planning
• Organizes and processes shipping and warehousing incl. customs clearance/declarations, certification of origin and export formalities
• Organizes and processes letters of credit and collections of overdue payments
• Handles and organizes returns of claimed products
• Manage overproduction/leftover
• Maintains ERP master data for customers, finished goods, transport zones and routes
• Creates sales statistics for the management
Qualification and skills:
• University degree;
• Good command of spoken and written English necessary;
• Good computer skills – Excel – advanced preferred
• Analytical thinking;
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented, team player;
• Excellent communication skills.
