Requirements


  • You bring 1+ years of customer service experience

  • You speak and write in English and Polish at a professional level

  • People recognize you for your customer service orientation and attention to detail

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You are a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • If ERPs and Excel do not have secrets for you, you will be our Rockstar candidate!



Main responsibilities
Join our international Customer Service team in our boutique office in Sofia as Customer Service Associate with Polish where you will be responsible for:


  • Managing orders by leveraging our best practices to meet our agreed service levels

  • Being the reliable partner of our B2B customers, supporting their needs via email and phone

  • Resolving cases and investigating customer order claims

  • Making the customers feel valued by proactively following up on additional inquiries

  • Challenging your operational excellence, making BIC’s business targets yours
