Customer Experience with Italian Fluency

Our team is growing and we are looking for someone to join us as a Customer Experience Agent in Italian. We offer you to join a young and dynamic team and shape the future of banking. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to make impact within the new generation of Neobanking and digital private banking. You will make our customer's lives easier with the smartest and safest online banking services. You will provide assistance to our clients who need to finish the documentation process, known as KYC , through video or call. You will assist our clients through the chat.
What we expect:
• Support our clients at all levels. Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live-chat and e-mails.
• Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training
• Collect clients’ feedback and analyze how clients’ experience can be improved
• Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues.
• Talk to clients through videos and calls.

About You
• Previous experience in Customer Experience areas
• Fluent verbal and written Italian
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Other languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
