For one of our clients - operating in the field of financial services and formed a team of the best sales representatives from the Forex and the Cryptocurrency industry, we are looking to hire CRM Data Manager for both offices in Varna and Sofia.

You will work within a cross-functional team to build and raise the quality of our data within the Customer database.

Responsibilities:

• Build the current database to comprehensively cover the full breadth of our market


• Improve the quality of the current data through removal of irrelevant data and appending new data to existing contacts


• Identify and manage new data channels that ensure our sales teams have the highest quality and fastest intelligence in the industry


• Lead the organization and structure of our data for optimal operational and management reporting


• Develop our lead management processes to maximize efficiency


• Develop clear critical reporting via dashboards for all use-cases

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in working with CRM data


• Experience of managing data integration, data matching, and alignment, API’s etc.


• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)


• Experience in sourcing external data and data acquisition


• Experience in managing manual data inputting resources


• High attention to detail


• Strong understanding of the operational and management use of a CRM in Forex and Cryptocurrency industry
