We are looking for Credit Controller / Purchasing Coordinator
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
Work with accounting system (Sun Infor), Micros (restaurant system), Opera (hotel revenue system), and Materials Control MC (stock control system);
responsible for stock balances and activity in MC, posting delivery invoices, suppliers, stock transfers, recipes, inventories, spot-check after inventory.
Coordinate stock purchasing with hotel management - supplier selection, terms, stock ordering, receiving, storing and requisitions/transfers
Check food, beverage and general stock receiving reports, issues and transfers
Carry out regular documented checks/audits of hotel point of sale system to ensure correct revenue recording.
Does regular Par Stock checks in bars and kitchen (at all times of operation)
Preparation of F&B statistics and revenue reports
General expectations to the applicants:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar job
Hotel systems Material Control/Opera/Micros knowledge (strong advantage) or other ERP systems exposure
Accounting and control education degree
Very good computer skills – mostly excel, data transfer/processing
Balance the functions of Purchasing and stock management as the hotel does not have other designated positions for these duties, such as purchasing or storekeeper/receivers.
Good analytical skills, sharp and fast thinking and understanding, good presentation skills, ability to perform under pressure and higher stress, excellent communication and people skills, good explanation and presentation skills, dynamic person, good coordinator, patient with others
