Here in Varna, Bulgaria, we are starting a new project in the short-term rental sector and we invite you to join the team in the role of a Credit collector specialist. You will contact debtors and claim outstanding debts toward our creditors. Your major goal is to recover the money owed.
What we expect from you on a day-to-day basis:
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Be able to give details about debt to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Create trust relations with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay, work in cooperation with our legal office
What skills and competencies you would need to achieve results:
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements or credit collection is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English and Italian language
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office, Excel in particular
- Excellent communication skills

The employment contract will be with the Bulgarian company LRC Bulgaria Ltd, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO. Working time is 10 am to 7 pm, on a rota, incl. weekend.
