Conversion and optimization manager - online casino

Our client is a global online Casino company, panning to open a new office in Sofia.
About the role:
The successful candidate should have great project management skills, ability to lead different initiatives and projects within the business unit and be a people person!
• Monitoring, analyzing & optimizing the performance of different sections of the casino
• Optimizing ACQ campaigns across target markets
• Designing A/B testing and analyzing the results on marketing and the business impact
• Working closely with all operational teams: designers, web developers and QA on a daily basis.
• Collaborating with product & marketing teams to optimize user flows
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in online customer conversion/designing user experience
• Project management skills - get things done from A to Z
• Excellent interpersonal skills, can operate well with cross company functions
• Passion to analyze and improve flows and systems
• Team player and problem-solver
• Data analysis skills & the ability to identify trends and abnormalities
• English at a high level –written & verbal
• Digital marketing background
