We are on the lookout for a detailed oriented, creative- Control Room Operator Specialist who is up to date with current procedures, rules, and games strategies, to join our growing team in Sofia!
Control Room Operator
About the role:
- Ensuring the functionality of the studios and operational activities;
- Following and upholding the game standards provided by the company;
- Assisting in the process of opening and closing tables;
- Acknowledging the table calls and adressing them promptly;
- Reporting and logging incidents and mistakes and deviations from the company standarts;
- Proactive attitude in the company’s activities regarding the staff, problems handling, ultimate player’s experience;
- Collaborating and cooperating in all team related activities.
Your profile:
- Experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos will be considered an advantage;
- Solid communicational and presentational skills;
- Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
- Basic computer skills.
