Content Editor with Polish language
The Role:
As a Content Editor you will ensure a smooth delivery of content from publishers to EMIS products according to established standards of timeliness and completeness. You will work closely with our colleagues in Content Licensing, Technology and Customer Service teams to integrate and manage our content sets and provide the required support to EMIS customers.
This role is responsible for maintenance and constant review of EMIS pages, settings and web tools for a specific product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor content arrival to ensure that sources are available on EMIS products per expected timeliness and completeness criteria. Work with tech department in solving any technical issues that prevent proper loading of content.
- Ensure content is displayed correctly and address data format or delivery issues.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with our content providers.
- Prepare a daily selection of news for the Top Stories section of EMIS, in English and the local language.
- Prepare a daily selection of industry alerts for EMIS industry pages, in English and the local language.
- Support Customer Service by answering content-related questions from internal and external customers
- Regular control and correction of content classification according to our proprietary taxonomy. Work together with the Content Enrichment team to increase the tagging accuracy and improve Machine Learning tagging models.
- Coordinate actions and priorities with EMIS regional/global product or development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Journalism
- Excellent command of English
- Very good command of Polish
- Good understanding of economic concepts
- Excellent knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
