Compliance Analyst, Strategy and Advisory

Essential Duties:

• Review and completion of Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires, requests, queries from existing and new potential counterparties (banks, card scheme providers, payment services providers, etc.)


• Support with compliance information and documents for the purposes of counterparties’ due diligence Questionnaires and queries about Paysafe


• Cooperation with various stakeholders for gathering the necessary information/documents for the completion of Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires and responses to existing and new potential counterparties requests


• Assisting internally Business, Banking, Treasury, Risk, and other departments as needed for the purposes of due diligence/compliance requests about Paysafe


• Point of contact for all Paysafe departments/units as applicable for the purposes of receiving/reviewing and preparation of Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires, requests, queries


• Ensuring all requests/questionnaires/queries are duly and timely addressed, prepared and appropriately followed up


• Maintaining relevant documentation/audit trail of the tasks/activities performed/completed with regard to Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires and requests


• Maintaining and updating as needed relevant Registers related to Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires


• Participating in projects/initiatives/workshops regarding Paysafe compliance, as well as meetings with counterparties


• Assisting in general responsibilities and designated tasks of the Compliance team


• Assisting with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Director


• Developing and maintaining the required knowledge and experience to assist with Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires, requests, queries


• Keeping informed regarding company and industry changes, trends, and best practices

Your Profile:

• Working knowledge of compliance matters


• Knowledge of Financial Crime/AML/KYC/transaction monitoring is considered a plus


• Fluency in English


• Excellent communication, oral and written, skills – including ability to summarize matters concisely both verbally, in written form and in presentations


• Very good organizational and time-management skills


• Effective-problem-solving skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently as required


• Able to prioritize competing demands/workload


• Proven flexibility and adaptability


• Good computer skills (ability to work with Excel, Word, Power Point)
