Commercial agreement specialists 

 

Based: Sofia – Head Office

Reports to: National Trade Marketing & Category Manager

Direct reports: none

 

Position’s overview:


Control of the entire process related to Commercial Agreements with Customers, which includes – control of the Commercial agreement procedure rules is followed, proactively lead the change of policy when needed, tracking, and controlling the administrative processes, execution, payments to customers and presenting the results to Sales Leadership Team and Country Leadership Team.

 

 

You as our new colleague will:

 


  • Manage and control the process of administration and archiving the commercial contracts.

  • Support Sales team with the administrative issue related with the systems.

  • Master data maintenance within the systems.

  • Escalating problems related with the systems to the 3rd party provider.

  • Customer invoice administration – checking the correctness of the invoice, due date for payment and approvals.

  • Develop various of analysis aiming controlling in a proper way the commercial agreement budget.

  • Reconciliation on monthly basis of AP and AR accounts balances of Commercial agreements and PL accounts vs booked.

  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, and representatives from other functions of the organization.

  • University Degree.

  • Finance and/or Administrative experience.

  • Analytical, curios as well as structured and organized with attention to detail.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment.

  • Power BI knowledge is n advantage.

  • Confident using Bulgarian and English – both verbal & written.

  • Valid driver’s license.
