Claims Customer Service Representative
We are Overland Van Lines, USA based company operating in the moving relocation industry.
We're looking for a Claims Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

As our Claims customer service representative, you will answer inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. May also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status, and pending documentation.
- Handling customer inquiries through phone and/or email
- CRM Data Entry
-Communicating with the different departments in the organization
- Assessing and processing claims
- Accurate data input to the system applications.
- Following up on deadlines, chronology, and processing time of the work volume and taking suitable actions.
- Participate efficiently in processing the flow of claims: inform the direct manager about claims lacking clarity and about possible ways of optimizing the processes.
Qualities/skills that will get you onboard:
- Fluent English /both written and spoken
- Perfect communication and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Efficiently Multitasking
- Computer skills
- Previous experience in customer support/ transport, logistics, or sales will be considered an advantage
- Handling tough situations in a professional and courteous manner
- Skillful in taking decisions: takes the right action on allocated files based on the available information
- Accurate: works accurately on the input of data, aims to work faultlessly
- Discipline: pays attention to procedures, agreements, and document flow
- Efficient: finds a good balance between quality and quantity
- Team player: Able to work in a team
