Claim assistant in air passenger rights
We are a young legal tech start-up with the goal to become the largest aviation passenger rights portal in Europe. According to our slogan - experts for passenger rights - it’s our mission to enforce the passenger rights of our customers in the EU. Passengers affected by flight delay, flight cancellation, denied boarding, luggage issues and unused flight tickets can check their claim for compensation for free on our website and let us do the work to claim it from the airlines.

Location: Varna, Bulgaria
How can you help us?
• You will work together with our operational team in Prague, Zaporizhia and Hamburg
• You will check, view, and process incoming requests
• You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via email
• You will help us to evaluate flight delays and cancellations
• You will create presentations and reports
• You will support the team to develop and optimize the internal processes
• You will support the management with the daily business
What do we expect from you?
• You are a professional, matching the required qualification with previous experience in a customer service role/ travel industry/ aviation industry/
• Previous work experience is appreciated
• You can work on your own after a quick training period, reliably and carefully, but also able to work closely with a team, mostly in an open office environment
• You speak fluently English
• You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) programs
• The introduction of new software programs/ tools does not scare you, but excites you
• You like people and teamwork. That means you are ready to receive and share constructive feedback. Feedback is essential for our team
• You are creative, enjoying coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things
• You have the necessary work permit for Bulgaria
