For our corporate client, who is a leader in the production of tactical vests, accessories and uniforms, we are hiring:

 

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT WITH ENGLISH LANGUAGE

 

The company is part of international holding structure and it’s portfolio are tactical vests, accessories and uniforms.

Location: Pleven

 

The chief accountant ensures the proper functioning of the company in terms of accounting, taxation and tax risks.

 

Key tasks:

 

* Keeping the accounting books, according to the Accounting Act

* Keeping tax books in accordance with the provisions and laws of VAT, CTR and others

* Reporting of fixed assets

* Reporting of annual and periodic financial statements

* Preparation and reporting of financial statements and reports

* Cooperation with the external auditor during the annual audit

* Cooperation with the tax office, banks, leasing companies and others

* Implementation of formal and legal, accounting and substantial control arising from the company's activities to reduce the risk of tax risks

* Improving reporting processes

* Weekly communication with the finance department in Poland

 

Additional tasks:

* Providing up-to-date information on tax changes in the reporting area

* Introduction of changes related to tax changes

* Ongoing supervision to update the knowledge of subordinates

* Settlement of production costs

* Control of current updating of the knowledge of subordinate employees

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor / Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting

* Qualification of an auditor – desirable (but not a must)

* Professional experience in a manufacturing plant (considered as a strong advantage)

* Very good level of English B1/B2 - written and spoken

* Excellent Excel skills

* Experience with ERP system
