With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Chat and Еmail specialist with French.
Responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent level of service via email and chat and making sure that the customer’s request is answered and assisted accordingly, in order to contribute to an excellent customer experience with us;
- Occasionally performing outbound calls to customers according to predefined compaigns;
- Reporting to the relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and troubleshooting
- Staying fully up-to-date with all of the company’s Guidelines, Policies and Procedures and being up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting our players as requested by management;
- Willing to know the business in depth by being involved in projects and task groups;
- Reporting VIP and regular customer escalations in a timely manner;
- Following the guidance of their direct Manager or the Department Lead;
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment working towards agreed upon targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and a good level in English;
- Previous experience as a Customer Services or Sales representative – strong advantage;
- Previous experience in the Gaming or CFDs industry– an advantage;
- Results oriented;
- Ability to cope with various tasks and to react under pressure;
- Very good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools);
- Team player with a positive, “can do” attitude;
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment;
- Ability to work on flexible shifts including late and night shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
