Once you join our team as an Equipment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Communication with vendors and customers all over the world

Coordination of equipment on loan/lease within Lufthansa and from external vendors

Provision of the Lufthansa owned equipment on lease to external customers worldwide

Vendor and location selection to optimize loan/lease expenditures

Follow-up and monitoring of the delivery and the return of all loan tools/equipment

Buy vs. loan analysis and decision making

To be successful in the role you need:

University degree (Technical is an advantage)

Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)

Excellent computer literacy

Good communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize

Ability to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit
