Job description :
Tele operator with focus on B2B wholesale clients
Filling data into the company database.
Telephone and email contact with potential wholesale customers aiming to inform each other, complete data and establish friendly business relationships. Taking care of existing customers - dealing with queries, communicating with back office staff.
We require proven experience of working as a call operator, diligence, reliability, a positive attitude to telephone communication and a pleasant manner. Knowledge of the industry is not necessary.
