Your main commitments to the job will be:
- Providing all necessary raw and packaging materials for the production process
- Maintaining optimal stocks of the materials
- Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with suppliers
- Implementation and validation of good practices in Procurement
- Communication with suppliers and negotiating the most favorable terms
- Execution, tracking, and reporting of the purchase orders status
- Tracking of procurement and logistics processes to maximize cost optimization
- Quality control of the received raw materials
- Planning the activities for supplying the necessary raw and packaging materials
- Coordination with the production and warehousing department regarding the supply of raw materials
- Work with freight forwarders and transport companies to optimize the route and traffic in the materials supply
- Reviewing market trends and making proposals for supply improvements
- Analyzing the supply data and processes to increase efficiency
- Work with the ERP system in terms of purchase orders, supplier data, and raw and packaging materials supply data
Skills and attitudes you should possess:
- Knowledge of the raw and packaging materials market in cosmetics production
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
- Experience in Procurement area
- Flawless in e-mail business communication
- Completed University degree, preferably with a focus on Chemistry
- High organizational skills and experience in project management
- A desire for constant growth and professional development
- Proactivity in solving problems and focus on achieving high results
- Excellent computer literacy with mastery of office suite and ERP systems
- Presentation skills
- Professional and positive attitude towards partners and colleagues
