Business Solution Analyst (Appian software)

KBC Global Services Bulgaria Branch is a company that provides business services and activities within several domains (Procure to Pay, Payments, IT, Financial Markets, Securities or Insurance) for several companies of the KBC - group worldwide.





As a member of the team you will be responsible for:



  • Participation in technical application development from start to finish (client requirements - communication with IT in Belgium);

  • Regular communication with client and providing support;

  • Maintaining system documentation;

  • Incident management and resolution, coordination of follow-up actions;

  • Creating and managing tests and their subsequent execution;

  • Participation in projects;

  • Investigating issues using SQL.


Key competencies that will help you succeed:



  • Previous professional experience on a similar role;

  • Education in the field of information technology, business management or other relevant;

  • Fluent in written and verbal English (you will have calls and write daily with Belgian colleagues);

  • Intermediate MS Office Excel knowledge (you understand advanced features);

  • Analytical and communication skills - you will meet non-standard cases where you need to find a solution every day;

  • Interest in IT, basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage;

  • Thinking in context, i.e. be able to predict consequences of the system changes you propose;

  • Good organizational skills are a “must”;

  • Resilience to stress;
