Who we look for:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our sales, marketing, and branding initiatives, help increase our brand equity, strengthen our market positioning, and generate new business. The successful candidate possesses a blend of logical thinking, organizational and copywriting skills, exhibits strong attention to detail, and has intrinsic motivation.
 
Some of your key responsibilities:


  • Work closely with senior members of the company to gain a deep understanding of our culture, competitive advantage, and value chain

  • Study the market and competition intensely and identify new opportunities to help our brand flourish to its full, market-leading potential

  • Leverage this information to develop powerful sales and marketing collateral through synthesizing the benefits of our offerings and conveying these effectively in various types of materials

  • Create compelling, insightful, quality content that highlights our service value proposition and effectively demonstrates our service excellence

  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand positioning, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice

  • Establish networks with industry specialists, develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships

  • Identify, initiate, and execute improvement opportunities related to sales and marketing initiatives

  • Self-discipline and precision. Good organizational skills and ability to focus your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities and can manage and keep deadlines.

  • Initiative. You love to observe the world around you for new ideas and opportunities and come up with creative ways to reach a goal. 

  • Wizard of words. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Effective and confident communicator, ability to present concepts verbally. 

  • Proficiency in English. Excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Team player. Your team’s success is your success. “Ego” is a hated word.

  • Digital Literacy. Excellent command of Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

  • Background. B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field. Experience in demand generation, sales, digital marketing, and storytelling will be considered an advantage.
