Due to consistent growth, we are currently looking to welcome an experienced
Business Development Executive with exceptional lead generation and conversion experience. This role is fully remote and the successful candidate will be able to apply his/her outstanding abilities from the comfort of their home.
As an integral member of the team, you will play a key role in helping create sales strategies with the aim of managing and executing targeted telemarketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns and making follow up telephone calls to set up
demonstrations on behalf of our Business Development Managers
- Contacting prospects and explaining how our software can improve their business efficiency.
- Qualifying leads (prospects) and proactively reaching out to them via email, LinkedIn and
telephone
- Managing existing prospects
- Work closely with the rest of the sales team to implement comprehensive targeted campaigns
- Highly self-motivated to grow and control his/her leads database
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build relationships
- Confidence and enthusiasm with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to accomplish tasks and solve problems
- Ability to work under own initiative (Mandatory)
- Hungry to learn and evolve (Mandatory)
- Experience with Salesforce (Desirable)
- Knowledge of business software systems (Desirable)
- Experienced within a software solution sales environment (Desirable)

- Base salary 2500 to 4000 BGN (Gross) + comms depending on the performance
- Work entirely from home (no travels needed)
