BrainDonors is a digital agency that covers the full spectrum of digital advertising - Web, Digital Marketing, Creative & Design. Our team consists of 14 highly qualified specialists specializing in various fields. Our main focus is paid advertising or the so-called "Media Buying" or "Performance Marketing". By joining the BrainDonors team, you will work on projects for some of the biggest brands in Bulgaria and abroad, which will give you the opportunity to acquire unique knowledge from our professional team of programmers, marketers, and designers. Operating successfully in international markets, our team needs a new, energetic colleague to join our small, cohesive team.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a "Business Development Executive".
The Business Development Executive is responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business to meet sales targets. This is done by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the market and building relationships. This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships.
Your responsibilities:
• Establish a solid and trusting relationship with customers;
• Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, market research, and networking;
• Drive revenue and market share growth while facilitating sell-through and ensuring effective conversion rate in a very competitive market;
• Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business;
• Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory;
• Manage, track, and report on all activities and results to share with team members and manager
Qualifications & Competences:
• 2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or key account management on B2B level;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Multitasking and time management skills, ability to work under pressure;
• Fluency in English is required
• Self-motivation, a drive to succeed, and an ability to work as part of a team required;
• Proactive, self-starter with a high level of persistence and can-do attitude;
