Once you join our team as a Business Controller, you will:




  • Prepare standard controlling reporting

  • Work on and trough the budget and forecast processes

  • Develop, calculate, analyze key financial indicators and key performance indicators

  • Prepare and present various analyses

  • Prepare variety of presentations and analyses to support the management

  • Actively participate in the evaluation of possible investment projects and reorganization programs

  • Perform analyses of synergies between different units, initiate benchmarks, derive and suggest measures to the management

  • Work with the CO and FI-module of SAP

  • Support the monthly and annual reporting processes

  • Work successfully in a matrix organization

To be successful in the role you need:



  • At least 3 years job experience and/or experience beside the study with internships

  • University degree in field of Finance or significant relevant job experience

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and tasks with high complexity within short time limits

  • Very good knowledge in MS Office. SAP experience (FI/CO-module) are desirable

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skill in front of management

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify key items from a complex environment

  • Team player

  • Flexibility and availability to travel abroad

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
